EAP testing without AP?

I'm running freeradius 1.1.7 and wpa_supplicant  0.5.8.  Seems the
message was printed by tls_openssl.c in wpa_supplicant.    Thanks.

  Don't use an old version of the server.  Version 1.1.7 doesn't print
this message.
