  Please post the entire debug log.

  Also, the virtual server configuration is documented in clients.conf,
raddb/sites-available/README, and many other places in the server.

  Can you explain what you're trying to do?  What part of the examples
is unclear?

  The virtual server *is* the related file in raddb/sites-enabled.  The
clients.conf file explains how to link a client to a virtual server.
