EAP-TTLS/PAP tunneling issue

I've been simulating the traffic with JRadiusSimulator and used the
EAP-TTLS/PAP option. Is there any other simulator you know of which I
can use to simulate EAP-TTLS/(PAP and MS-CHAPv1)? I appreciate your
help.
