Hi,
> thanks, Ive looked at this and its a good guide to initial install but doesnt seem to provide any detailed info on how to administer the data in the tables. IE there is a sample of some data from a test system but this doesnt even mention the "NAS" table, how are other people administering their systems?
this is realyl a 'how to use mysql' question - there are several GUIs for
Mysql - eg PHPMyAdmin - however, it seems theres nasty security holes found
in it every week.
ideally, you would use the command line eg
eg to connect
mysql -u username radius -p
to see whats what
mysql>show tables;
to get into
mysql>describe TABLENAME;
to see something
mysql>select * from nas;
if you need to insert/update, simply use the insert or update
command the the appropriate arguments (each DB admin have their
own prefered method) - do a quick google for "insert mysql example"
