Patch for rlm_ldap to use mozilla sdk (e.g. on Solaris)

Find attached a patch to use the mozilla sdk instead of openldap for 
rlm_ldap. Use -DHAVE_LDAPSSL_ADVCLIENTAUTH_INIT and change ldap_r to ldap in 
configure.
