Using OTP authentication with Freeradius 2

That question is a little less obvious to answer under 2.0.5 than it was
under 1.1.7 . 

In my /etc/raddb/sites-enabled/default file, I did add "otp" to both the
authorize {}  and authenticate {} sections. Is there something else
besides that which I might have missed?
