more than one user file

just create one 'tree' users file that uses
$INCLUDE  to pull in other files eg

users

$INCLUDE /other/department.txt
$INCLUDE /another/department.text
$INCLUDE /home/test/secret_users.txt

etc etc (its clearly documented in the users file)
