Freeradius authentication agains Domino

At one occasion I tried desperately to get a Cleartext-Password out of Lotus 
Domino Server and failed. It seems to encrypt passwords with its 
VeryOwnProprietary (tm) algorithm in a one-way fashion, and of course 
incompatible to MS-CHAPv2.

If you manage to get a clear text password out of it, please enlighten me.
