Error EAP

Hi,

> rlm_eap: No such sub-type for default EAP type peap

looks like you didn't configure the peap { } stanza in eap.conf, but listed 
peap as default eap-type near the beginning of the eap.conf file. That is a 
quite obvious contradiction, you should fix that.
