Error when testing FreeRadius

Dear all,

I have installed FreeRadius in Windows XP Professional but I keep getting this error ehen testing:
radclient:dict_init:couldn't open dictionary "freeradisu/etct/raddb/dictionary":No such file or directory.

Is there anyone who has an idea about this error?
