can't initiate SIM , no RAND1 attribute

Hi
I have tried the eap-sim test by putting the triplets in the
eapsim-in.txt also.
But I am still getting the same errors...
Please let me know in which file I should be keeping those triplets.
It would be of great help in someone attach the configuration file.
