[main_pool] Could not find Pool-Name attribute

This is absolutely nothing to do with freeradius. There is no point of
asking about your AP options on this list. Find it in your AP
documentation. Does it support Framed-IP-Address attribute (youcan
create pools on freeradius then)? Is there some VSA (or Framed-Pool)
that you can return to select the (local) pool?
