  Yes, we understand how wireless setups work.  Please stop posting the
setup diagram in every message.  They don't help.

  Try another supplicant, such as eapol_test.  See my web site for
instructions.  If eapol_test works and Windows doesn't, I'd say that
Windows is broken.
