How to filter accountings based on the value of a VSA attribute

Having more details about your conf would help but anyway "unlang" can
do this (man unlang).

if (attribute == "value") {
  update control {
    Proxy-To-Realm := "realm"
  }
}

P.S: this cannot be done in proxy.conf file.....
