Where is iptool for Freeradius?

Hi everyone:

Sorry for my english. I don't speak very well.

I'm working with ippool in FreeRadius. I have some problems with that, 
because when FreeRadius assigns all IP available in ippool, ipppool's 
databases stuck him self.

I found this page:

This tool dumps the contents of the FreeRadius ippool databases for 
analyses or for removal of active entries (stuck entries?)

Do you work with this tool?... Where I can find this tool???... Exist 
another way to do that??
