No. It's the same question.

This:

is the reason you get this in the reply:

In default virtual server included with the server you have this:

	Post-Auth-Type REJECT {
		attr_filter.access_reject
	}

that filters out attributes from the reply. In virtual server you are
using that is missing/commented out.
