That is spot-on. In debian lenny there are two virtual servers enabled
in the initial install: 'default' and 'inner-tunnel'. I removed the
symlink for 'inner-tunnel' in '/etc/freeradius/sites-enabled' and the
parse error vanished. No need to tinker with dictionaries.
