hello Alexandre,
I solved this by ussing this conditional in the configuration file
that the database uses in my case
/etc/raddb/sql/postgresql/dialup.conf :
sql_user_name = "%{%{Stripped-User-Name}:-%{%{User-Name}:-none}}"
#sql_user_name = "%{User-Name}"
