NAS table

i enable this on sql.conf

do i have to remove this :

Have 
you enabled read_clients in sql.conf? Doing that doesn't disable reading 
clients.conf. Just remove duplicate clients from the file.

i want to set my radius server reading the NAS from  table NAS on radius database. my radius are still reading NAS from  clients.conf.
