rlm_ldap: ldap_search() failed: Operations error

Hello Alan an all,

Could you please give me more details regarding this error? (rlm_ldap:
ldap_search() failed: Operations error)

We start seeing this message when migrate from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003.
We are using freeradius-1.1.3-1.4.el5.i386.rpm.

Is this version of freeradius compatible with Windows 2003?
Is an update of  freeradius the only solution?
