Problem configuring CoA

I`ve grabbed http://git.freeradius.org/pre/freeradius-server-2.1.7.tar.gz
today (date says 11-Aug-2009 20:38)

and tried CoA again.

Almost default config, just
         coa_server = "localhost-coa"
in clients.conf

and get
