FreeRadius with ntlm_auth

hmm, looks like the domain part of the default config is gone...anyway, you can do something
like

--domain=%{%{mschap:Domain}:MYDOMAIN}

which will set the domain to be whatever was in the request.....or to MYDOMAIN
if its not set..
