The log messages show a lot of:
No outstanding request was found for reply ...
This indicates that the home server responded MANY seconds after the
request. This indicates one (or more of)
a) extremely bad network connection
b) a home server on a *very* slow box
c) an overloaded home server (1000's of packets/s)
There is *nothing* you can do to the proxy that will solve those issues.
Get the upstream home servers to run properly. Poking at FreeRADIUS
should be a lower priority.
