  Err... you should be able to just delete the 5-10 lines in
src/main/listen.c that reference the macro.  That will have minimal side
effects.

  Give me a bit, and I'll commit a fix in "stable".  It should be
available on Friday, as I'm pretty much booked 24 hours a day until then.
