The following example is a typical Service Active profile:
Service = Framed
   Cisco: Account-Info = "S12.1.1.2
   Cisco: Service-Info = "Ncoa_service"
   Cisco: Command-Code = "0bservice_coa"
where 0b is symbol with 0xb code.
i.e.
	#define IP "192.168.10.50"
         int c = 0xb;
