Log IP of RADIUS to database

Hello,

is there an easy way to log the ip of the radius-server together with the accounting and radpostauth queries to the database.

Of course it would be necessary to extend the database schema (should be now problem), but which internal variable or variable out of request can be used to be written in the database?
