iPlanet Schema install into Directory Server 6.3

Hi Guys

I know this is pretty easy out there i just cant get it to work. Just a
newbeee
Am trying to install the doc/examples/iplanet.schema and
doc/examples/iplanet.ldif into dsee6 and cant seem to get it done
via ldapadd or ldapmodify. Please help
