Everyone understands that. That isn't the problem.
The problem is that this has nothing to do with RADIUS. It's an issue
for your OS to solve. Ask your OS vendor, or buy a book for your OS.
It's also clear that you're not sure what's going on on your system,
and you don't read the error messages produced by the system. So it's
*impossible* for anyone to help you until you first understand what you
have configured on the system that you are running.
