cannot upgrade 2.1.6 to 2.1.7

What type of system are you on?

Did you run ./configure first?  Make clean?

I built 2.1.7 and had no similar issues. (Readhat AS5 Update 3)

         i m trying to upgrade my radius server from 2.1.6 to 2.1.7
        but when ever i try to make the build i m getting the following error
