Acctstop time problem

I am using
FreeRADIUS.net v1.1.7 on Windows Server 2003,
radius database MySQL 5.0.67 on Fedora 10

The Problem:
I used to get the acctstop time for connected users as '000-00-00 00:00:00'
without the quotes or NULL. I cannot figure out what changed but right now I
cannot see connected users on radacct table. I have strange entries where
the acctstarttime = acctstoptime yet acctsessiontime is greater than zero.
Example:-
---- username ---- acctstarttime
acctstoptime acctsessiontime ----
---- user1 ---- 2009-09-14 13:22:47 2009-09-14 13:22:47
           1020 ---
---- user2 ----- 2009-09-14 13:31:01 2009-09-14
13:31:01 511 ---

Can you help me as to what the cause maybe and possbily the solution.

Thank you all
