Yes, the solution is to built a Samba version 3.0.x 

I'don't know why Samba team did not resolve this issue...

If you use Debian 5.0 Lenny, you can try to build the last 3.0.36 Samba package with this files.

The last question is : Why Intel Proset Wireless Tools or IBM Vantage Wireless tools passthrough this issue ?

There was an issue like this that could be resolved by downgrading samba
from 3.2.x to 3.0.x.
