Even better, look at the schema that comes with FreeRADIUS. If 
FreeRADIUS is installed look in /etc/raddb/sql, otherwise you'll find it 
in raddb/sql in the source tree.

It's amazing what you'll find when you look at the files provided in the 
package ;-)
