  You cannot have one "listen" section accept packets on BOTH IPv4 and
IPv6 addresses.

  You CAN have two "listen" sections, one accepting IPv4, and one
accepting IPv6.

  Just like you can have two "listen" sections, one for authentication,
and the other for accounting.
