Problem about simultaneous-use parameter and windows DC.

No matter what I use, windows DC or other Users database, radutmp or sql - what I am using, will keep the Accounting records right?

Just want to know how to enable Simultaneous-Use if we don't want to add the parameter to 'Users' file or any database tables, is there any way?
