  Because the "unix" module is finding the users password in /etc/passwd
(or via getpwent() ).

  Un-comment the "unix" entry from the "authorize" section of
raddb/sites-available/default

  And please don't post the configuration.  It's not necessary.  If it
was necessary, the documentation would ask for it.
