How can I only build radtest from source?

(recap: ) I have build freeRadius on my server and I want to run radtest on a client machine to test my configuration over IPv6. I installed radtest on my client machine by installing freeradius-utils...

Is there another way to test FreeRadius with another tool that supports IPV6?

Thanks,
Panos
