Radius freeze

I look in radius.log and I find:
> Fri May  7 11:39:04 2010 : Error: Exec-Program: FAILED to execute

very strange, because the file exist in that directory.
Before the problem is the permission that I fix with:
> chmod 777 /etc/freeradius/PYT/*
Maybe the problem is the user permission??
