FreeRADIUS 1.1.7 and exec modules

Yep, I'll test this with the latest stable 2.1.8 though for the sake of
clarity I wanted to know if it's anything
wrong with my setup or a known problem.

Well then, I'll test this on 2.1.8 and report back so others after me may
find the answer.
