accouting

I have installed the following two rpms:
  freeradius-mysql-2.1.3-1.fc9.i386   and
  freeradius-postgresql-2.1.3-1.fc9.i386     
on my Fedora machine. However, when I tried to configure sql server by using "mysqladmin ...", system says "command not found". 

Do I need to install anything else (and where I can download them) before executing that command? Thanks a lot in advance.
