HI Selcuk,

I remember the freeradius docs and sample file stating that you should use port = 0, so the appropriate ports are picked up from /etc/services; another alternative syntax I am using to define my proxy is 
realm DEFAULT {
type = radius
authhost = proxy1.xxxx:1812
accthost = proxy1.xxxx:1813
secret = xxxxxxxx
nostrip
}
