No, it is not. The license terms are here:

As you can see, there are plenty of restrictions on what you can do with
this software. It may be "free" in the sense that you don't have to pay
any money for it, but it is not "free" in the sense that you can use it
as you like. This makes it incompatible with any GPL licensed software.
