Problems with my radrelay configuration?

I think that I have a mistake. In proxy.conf file I have defined
home_server's, Have I to remove it from radrelay.conf? 
I should to start the configuration with files without modifications, but to
do this I should to know very well what files I have to modify.

What suggest me to do?
