Build RPM

Hi,

The spec is a bit buggy, I had to make some tweaks to make it work 
(minor tweaks).  Let me know if you would like to have them.  We are 
maintaining the latest RPMs (core,perl,mysql,utils) in our PacketFence 
repositories for RHEL5 and RHEL6, if you want...
