you would have to proxy the request to a server which uses a client program
to take that request and turn it into a new request.....so , for example,
use rlm_perl to launch a PERL RADIUS request back through to the remote proxy..
then when that gets an ACCEPT, the PERL module would reply OK to the authentication
request that originally came to it.
very messy though!
