Note that VMPS-VLAN-Name in the VMPS request is "--NONE--"

%{name} means: attribute "name" from the request

...whereas this is a reply value.

Use

%{reply:VMPS-VLAN-Name}

...in your "linelog" config if you want to log the vlan from the reply.
