Debug/Freeradius help

easy. you have, for some reason, configured your RADIUS server to listen on the
old port - 1645, the modern RFC method is port 1812


so, its listening on 1645 - and radtest, by default, will try sending the request
to port 1812 - so , if you want the radtest packet to reach your server, you'll have to
tell it to use 1645


radtest testing password localhost:1645 0 testing123
