Freeradius accounting

hello. I use freeradius 2.1.12-5 with postgresql. I want to check every 10
minutes state of account? and if it's not valid disconnect it, but if it's
valid to keep connection alive. How could I do this with freeradius. Wich
parameter I have to use?
