  As always, READ THE DEBUG OUTPUT.  It's not hard.

  Paste the debug output into this web form:

	http://networkradius.com/freeradius.html

  It will colorize it, and show you which are the important parts.
Which is this, for the Kerberos user:

[eap] processing type md5
rlm_eap_md5: Cleartext-Password is required for EAP-MD5 authentication

  Kerberos only works with PAP.  What you're trying to do is impossible.
