change of acct_status type

This problem is not related whatsover to your previous question.
Changing ACCT_STATUS_TYPE will not solve anything.

I already said earlier, Acct-session-id and Acct-Session-Time is
whatever the NAS sends.

Alan DeKok already told you what you can do to "fix" the problem.
