how to read db files?

Fr2 is running under pfsense but iu know is using freebsd as kernel.
But the funny thing is this:

/usr/share/misc(10): file termcap.db
termcap.db: Berkeley DB 1.85 (Hash, version 2, native byte-order)

Now fr2.

file /var/log/radacct/timecounter/db.daily
/var/log/radacct/timecounter/db.daily: data

Are they look berkeley type?
